Read what Our Couples & Their Families Speak About US

Mala and Nirav

“Our wedding was a ten day affair. We saw Amish and his team's work at one of our friend's place and really liked it. We called Fine Art to cover a couple of events and ended up liking them so much that we used them for all other events.

They put you at ease, by talking to you and making fun. They did a pre-wedding photo shoot to help us be comfortable, understand our best ‘photo' side, and see how the light reflects off the face etc. They are so professional that they will do a ‘take' till it is perfect. Pictures that we thought were not really necessary ended being the most precious of all – in fact they used them in our ‘Thank you' booklets.

Working with Fine Art was like working with Friends. We loved them!”Check out their pictures at malaandnirav.com

“Amish was our find from a wedding expo! Of all the photographers we saw at the wedding expo, his work was the best! We booked him as early as Dec 2005. Our wedding was a five day event and Fine Art along with their extremely professional teams, covered all of them. They were so easy to work with and be around.

In fact the pictures came out so good that our friend from California called to know whether they would cover her wedding as well!”

Rima and Roshan

“Our wedding was a seven day event and Fine Art covered everything. We simply loved Amish and his team's ‘artistic' eye! The second we met him, we knew we had the right person for our wedding. Fine Art is very professional. They know the l logistics involved for an event, and their suggestions really help in the event going smoothly.

I remember we were running so late for our reception that we were very nervous. Any other photographer would have taken pictures quickly and left. Not Amish. He made us sit down, be comfortable, got us something to drink and told us to feel like we were the only people in the room. That really helped us and our pictures came out unbelievable!

With Fine Art, you can see that Photographs are a big deal for them. They tell a great story through their lens.”

Bijal and Anubhav
We chose Amish based on a picture (taken by him) that was hanging at the Sheraton Mahwah.  Bijal liked the picture a lot.  We signed up for the HD package and were more than pleased with the results!  We used the pre-wedding shoot to loose up, understand what he wanted from us and learn how to photograph better – it helped us a lot on our wedding day. Also, on a wedding day, it was unfortunate thing happed, our entire Mandap was blown off by heavy wind and we had no Mandap during our ceremony, in this situation everyone was so upset specially Bijal, and Amish was the person who encouraged everyone upon her arrival in Mandap to bring that excitement back. Other than great photographer, he is very humble and energetic person. And we saw our pictures, came out better than our expectation. I don’t think we could have picked a better photographer.”

Purvi and Manav

In Purvi’s words, “We walked in to Sajawat, to look for mandaps and chanced upon Amish.  I was with my parents and we started looking at some of his work.  We just fell in love.  What can I say?  His work said everything and even though we had not seen other photographer, we finalized him.  This was ten months ago, and the pictures came out as magical as we had expected.  The best part is that even after the wedding, the Fine Art team makes you feel like family.  When I call they always know who I am.  To me, even a small thing like that goes a long way!”

Dear Raghu,

Thanks a ton for your efforts in making Rashal and Sudhir's mehendi&sangeet video so awesome! We loved it and cannot thank you enough. You people are amazing, how well you have captured every minute detail !  Really I am so glad we gave you a "free hand" and did not interfere with your expertise.

Ramesh and I really wish you much success in everything you undertake. You are a great team and work so closely with honesty and dignity. Our Blessings are with you all. Hope you can capture the California market too.

Warm Regards, Reeta and Ramesh

Nisha & Rajiv (April 2008)

Amish and his team truly are memory catchers and some of the most amazing people we have had the opportunity to meet in our journey together.  They will deliver beautiful pictures that literally capture a moment in time and your heart.  We will be eternally grateful to them for creating a memory book that will transport us back to the day we started the rest of our lives together.

We were welcomed with a smile and embraced with open arms from the very first moment we stepped foot into the Fine Art’s studio led by Amish Thakkar.  On our first visit to the studio we were able to take in and explore some of Amish’s work and were given an in depth presentation.  Amish took his time to clearly explain every aspect of the entire creative and technical process.  Amish gave us an opportunity to view his past work and explain all of our options. Every question we had about package choices was answered with honesty and patience.  The entire contract we were presented with was thorough, accurate, and a painless process.  There were no hidden fees or additional charges for any service mentioned in the package unlike some other vendors we spoke with.

We continued to develop our relationship with Amish and his team during our pre-wedding photo session.  The studio atmosphere was warm and embracing which made it easy for us to have fun while we were learning how to take direction and work with the camera for creative pictures.  This was very helpful in our artistic development to maximize the effectiveness of various light, angle, and emotion that Amish utilized to enhance the quality of his work.

The pictures that were taken at the pre-wedding photo shoot were used for place cards, table number cards, and pictures to be displayed on our wedding day.  The process of selecting the pictures we liked to use in the various items was very simple.  We viewed all of the pictures on a website set up by the studio that was password protected and emailed our preferences and color choices to the studio.  We were sent back a proof in a relatively short amount of time for our approval.

Communication with the studio during this entire time was excellent.  Every phone call we made, message left, email sent was answered in a timely manner even when Amish and his team were out of the studio.  Amish and his team remembered us as individuals and not by our wedding date.  The trust and friendship built over this time working on these various projects before the wedding gave us total confidence in Amish and his team both professionally and personally.

Our wedding day went by incredibly fast.  Amish and his team showed up right on time and started doing their magic.  They covered the entire event starting from both of us getting ready, followed by pre-wedding portraits, and then family pictures.  Interviews with friends and family, the barat parade, and having live video footage of our wedding displayed on dual screens are just a few of the other things they covered.  The entire process was done again for our reception with a few minor alterations like the dual screens playing a slide show of our wedding pictures taken that very morning.  We were amazed by the amount of detail, variety, and time they spent during the entire day.  They captured details of our wedding we only had the opportunity to see through their pictures because of their talent and dedication to their craft.

Memories are the building blocks of our lives.  They are the foundation on which we live the present in and the structure our future is based upon.  Amish Thakkar and the Fine Art’s team will capture your memories picture by picture, block by block.

Once again, thank you for being our personal memory catchers.
